Local residents Lauren and Todd wanted to create more than just a coffee shop; they envisioned a warm, welcoming space where neighbors could gather, share great conversation, and enjoy a premium cup of coffee—the perfect way to start (or brighten) your day.

We’ve partnered with Alpha Coffee, a fellow veteran-owned roaster based in Cottonwood Heights, Utah. Their mission? To deliver exceptional, freshly roasted coffee while supporting our active-duty military.

Every cup of coffee purchased at Roasted helps fuel this mission—because a portion of every Alpha Coffee roast goes directly to deployed troops. That means the more coffee we serve, the more we give back.

First time here and found Roasted via a simple Google search (coming from CLE). Honestly didn’t know what to expect but it’s a cute, country-like coffee shop which I thought was unique. Never thought to come to Olmsted falls to work on my laptop and have coffee and I’m so glad I did! Amazing tasting coffee and super friendly staff! Thank you so so much!

We will be back to Roasted Coffee Shop 100%! One of the best Coffees we have had in a while! The coffee shop itself is a great size, very nice on the inside, and location wise good to get to. Staff was super kind. We got a Peanut Butter Chocolate Coffee and Pumpkin Spice Latte. They both tasted so good! Highly recommend coming here! We will be back!

AMAZING! Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, delicious drinks, cute atmosphere, perfect prices. I can’t recommend Roasted enough!! I dined-in today to get some work done remotely, and I was able to focus while also enjoying some time to take a break and chat with the staff. If I lived closer, I would seriously work there every day. Until then, I’ll be making the 30+ minute drive as often as I possibly can. It’s a true hidden gem! PLEASE give ‘em a try & support local 💛
